When a system is entrusted with protecting a base, a border, or an airport, “probably works” isn't good enough. You're the reason institutions can trust what we ship — the one who breaks it in the lab so reality never breaks it in the field.
The stack you'll test
What you'll own
- Own quality end to end across a distributed system — edge pipelines, AI services, web, and mobile.
- Build the testing foundation: API / contract tests, Playwright UI automation, CI/CD gates, and regression suites.
- Design test strategy for non-deterministic AI / CV — where “correct” is a probability, and edge cases matter most.
- Run load and stress testing against live RTSP pipelines; break it before the field does.
- Set the quality bar and culture as a founding QA hire.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in QA / test automation, ideally on complex or data / AI-heavy products.
- Strong automation: Playwright / Selenium, API testing, CI/CD; Python or JavaScript.
- A rigorous, truth-seeking mindset — assume nothing, verify everything.
- Comfort testing systems that aren't purely deterministic.

- Testing CV / ML, streaming / RTSP, or mission-critical / regulated systems.
- Performance / load testing and GenAI-assisted testing.
