The mission
Intelligence only protects when someone can act on it. You'll build the services and interfaces operators actually use — streaming live camera intelligence onto a screen a commander trusts under pressure. Backend to frontend, you own the last mile: intelligence → protection.

What you'll own
- Build the full-stack platform — FastAPI services and a Next.js / React / TypeScript frontend operators rely on.
- Own features end to end: async Python APIs, MongoDB / Redis data, and real-time streaming into the UI.
- Turn live camera intelligence into interfaces a commander trusts under pressure.
- Ship fast without breaking trust — build for reliability and mission-critical uptime.
- Help lay the engineering foundation as one of the first engineers.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years full-stack in production (SDE-2 level).
- Strong in Python (FastAPI or similar) and modern TypeScript + React / Next.js.
- Comfortable with real-time data / streaming, MongoDB / Redis, and Docker.
- Care for clean, reliable, maintainable systems — and for users under pressure.
Signals that set you apart
- React Native (mobile), WebRTC / video UIs, or mapping (MapLibre).
- Systems programming (Rust / C++) or AI / CV product exposure.
