Full-Stack Engineer · SDE-2
Build the intelligence layer people actually use — where awareness becomes action.
The mission
Intelligence only protects when someone can act on it. You'll build the services and interfaces operators actually use — streaming live camera intelligence onto a screen a commander trusts under pressure. Backend to frontend, you own the last mile: intelligence → protection.
The stack you'll live in
What you'll own
- Build the full-stack platform — Rust backend services (with Python where it earns its place) and a TypeScript frontend operators rely on.
- Own features end to end: fast Rust APIs, MongoDB / Redis data, and real-time streaming into the UI.
- Turn live intelligence from cameras, drones and other visual sensors into interfaces a commander trusts under pressure.
- Ship fast without breaking trust — build for reliability and mission-critical uptime.
- Help lay the engineering foundation as one of the first engineers.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years full-stack in production (SDE-2 level).
- Deep in at least one systems language in production — Rust, C++ or Go. You'll write Rust here; we care more that you've gone truly deep in one than that it was Rust.
- Modern TypeScript on the frontend — the framework matters less than the craft (we use React / Next.js today).
- You ship what you build: the Dockerfile, the image and the deploy — containers are how everything moves here, cloud and edge.
- Care for clean, reliable, maintainable systems — and for users under pressure.
Signals that set you apart
- On-prem or air-gapped deployment experience — you've shipped where there is no cloud.
- React Native (mobile), WebRTC / video UIs, or mapping (MapLibre).
- AI / CV product exposure.
Who you are — a Pinacan
