Founder’s Office-Strategy Lead
Work directly with the founding team to evaluate commercial opportunities, strengthen business decisions and drive priority projects to closure.

The stack you'll live in
What you'll own
- -Evaluate opportunities across public safety, defence and critical infrastructure; recommend customer segments, partners and routes to market.
- -Model pricing, deal profitability and cash-flow scenarios, accounting for hardware, software, deployment and support costs.
- -Own founder-led initiatives across sales, product, engineering and field deployment; track milestones, resolve dependencies and close actions.
- -Support customer and partner discussions with research, proposals, business cases and disciplined follow-through.
- -Build concise business reviews and decision notes that distinguish evidence, assumptions, risks and recommended action.
What we're looking for
- - 2–3 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, Founder’s Office or commercially focused business operations.
- -Preferred profile: IIT/premier engineering graduate with consulting experience at McKinsey, Deloitte, BCG, Bain or similar, plus exposure to a seed-stage or high-growth startup.
- -Strong financial modelling, unit economics and commercial judgement; advanced Excel or Google Sheets and clear executive writing.
- -Evidence of independently taking an ambiguous problem from analysis to a measurable business outcome; resourcefulness, urgency and persistent follow-through.
- -Delhi/NCR based or willing to relocate to Gurugram. B2B technology, hardware, enterprise or government-facing business exposure is an advantage.
