The mission
The next generation of AI won't live on screens — it will power the physical world. Pinaca is building the Intelligence Layer for the Physical World: a sovereign AI platform that transforms passive sensors into intelligent systems that understand, reason, and enable action in real time. From smart cities and mobility to critical infrastructure, public safety and defense, we solve problems that don't have playbooks — and the EIR is who we hand them to.
The world you'll work in
What you'll own
- Own problems, not tickets — frame ambiguous, first-principles problems before anyone else has named them, and drive them to a working answer. The role is research- and strategy-driven, well beyond traditional project management.
- Work at the edge of the roadmap — collaborate closely with scientists, founders and external stakeholders to shape opportunities from idea to implementation, moving fluidly between technology, policy and business as the problem demands.
- One week you'll be shaping a new product; the next, engaging customers, researching emerging technologies, or helping launch entirely new initiatives.
- Turn research into deployable systems — translate emerging technical capabilities into real interfaces and services operators trust and use under pressure. Not demos; not prototypes that die in a slide deck.
What we're looking for
- An engineering degree from a top-tier institute, or an MBA from a tier-1 business school.
- Comfort operating across the full stack — from backend systems to the interfaces operators sit in front of every day.
- High agency and a low need for structure — you build the structure.
Signals that set you apart
- You have started something — a company, an initiative, a project that escaped the lab — and can talk honestly about how it went.
- Exposure to government, defence or public-sector problem spaces.
